The Centre For Dying On Stage is a research body that generates new artistic undertakings, anchored to notions around death and the stage. Delfina Foundation is proud to present The Centre's second iteration.
This lecture will look at the idea of parody as a lifesaving technique, and takes place in promenade style through the building. It features the re-performance of a performance by David Fagan, the reading of an extract from a recently published novel by Jacob Wren, the screening of short video by Alex Bailey.
Also featuring Adrain Lee's artwork Fire Exit Right (illuminated), 2015.
This event is initiated by curator-in-residence Kate Strain and proposed by curator Yasmin Reggad as part of Performance as Process.
