Hazem Harb (Palestine) deals with a number of core themes including war, loss, trauma, human vulnerability and global instability. He continues to explore his own brand of multi-media, conceptual art using all the tools at his disposal.

Hazem’s work has been exhibited internationally in group and solo exhibitions in the UK, USA, Italy, Palestine, the UAE and Jordan. Hazem has won numerous awards and was selected as of one ten artists for A.M. Qattan Foundation Young Artist of the Year 2008.

Born in 1980 in Gaza City, Hazem currently lives and works in Rome, Italy. In 2004, he enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome and graduated from The European Institute of Design in 2009.
